Insight Safety Partners was founded on a simple belief: every worker deserves to go home safe. With over 15 years of hands-on experience leading environmental, health, and safety programs across five industries, I bring enterprise-level safety expertise to organizations of every size.

I have built and led safety programs at some of the world's most recognized organizations — Delta Air Lines, Netflix, The Walt Disney Company, GE Healthcare, the University of California, the University of Texas, and the United States Air Force. This breadth of experience means I understand that safety isn't one-size-fits-all: it must integrate with your operations, culture, and goals.
